Help for the Impoverished at Mamre

Jock Wood and Jim Duggan of Mowbray Lodge at the squatter camp near Mamre (60 km north of Cape Town) on 31st August.

They delivered a truckload of clothing, toys, teddybears, blankets, mattresses and bedding to help the 73 impoverished people.
Freemasons have already provided solar panels and a pump system to provide water.

“What a great morning it was,” said Jim, “spent with wonderful people who share everything with one another to survive these difficult times.”
