NEALE AVERY GETS HIS CHAIN
NEALE AVERY was recently invested as Assistant District Grand Master of the District Grand Lodge of the Eastern Archipelago in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Neale hails from the Western Cape where he was initiated into Table Mountain Lodge No. 6824 in Cape Town. Before migrating to Thailand, he served as District Grand Treasurer of this District.
Neale is currently a member of the Light of Siam Lodge No. 9791 in Phuket, Thailand.
One of Neale’s finest achievements was being awarded the prestigious “Silver Matchbox”, a recognition for excellence in ritual awarded to a Freemason who conducts the entire Third Degree ceremony from memory and without a single mistake. He is the only holder of the silver matchbox outside England and Wales.
