Cango Lodge donates to Eljada Community School

21 March 2023   A charity collection from members at a regular meeting of CANGO LODGE in Oudtshoorn was donated to the Eljada Community School for medically challenged children. The donation was presented to the school Principal by the Lodge’s Worshipful Master, Hilton Oates. The well attended Lodge ceremony for the evening was the passing Daniel van Zyl to the Second Degree.

ERNEST MALHERBE, the District Grand Master, said “It’s encouraging to see Cango Lodge progressing so well, especially with new members living in Oudtshoorn itself. He expressed his appreciation to the members from out of town to attend meetings, including the Worshipful Master Hilton Oates, who travel vast distances to help the Lodge prosper.
